Vintage Mt. Washington Pairpoint Heart Shaped Dresser Box W/ Lid.   Christmas is coming!  Don't let this one get away.
For sale is a beautiful and rare heart shaped dresser box by Pairpoint.
This is a beautiful piece for the serious collector.
I have seen only one similar example which sold for 00.
Lovely hand painted portrait of a Marie Antoinette.
The base is decorated in golden French Fleur-de-lis.
Measures a little over 6” x 6” at the base.
The lid is more like 5” x 5”.
Box is double hinged.
Hinges are in good condition.   Base is signed Pairpoint and numbered 4625 and 82 (or 62).
Retains much of the original gold wash on the metal hardware which appears still firmly cemented to the base and lid.
Lining is missing.   No breaks or chips to the glass.   Minor wear appropriate to age of this piece.
