Vintage Higgins Glass Early Large Charger w Stickman & Signature & Lots of Gold

It has the etched "higgins" signature along with the raised stickman figure, which dates this charger to the 1950s.  It measures 15 inches in diameter. There are 4 sections of gold banding, including the gold spiral in the center.
Condition:
No cracks, chips, flakes, cloudiness. No use wear. No gold wear. Clean.
