Vintage Carl Radke Phoenix Studios 12” Gold Iridescent Art Glass Lamp

Description

For sale here is a signed Carl Radke 12" high gold iridescent lamp. The signature is
"Carl Radke '98" so it is one of his older designs.  The pulled feather design is green
on the gold background. I don't know why my camera made the shade look green -
it is actually the same color gold as the base!
This lamp has only been on display and lit just a few times. It is in perfect condition.
The bulb is included.
If I have forgotten anything, please just ask.
