    I could find absolutely zero about this in my research. Couldn’t even find the tube. The Tube or crystal is mounted to a Lucite base that has an inscription, FILTER CRYSTAL FOR SEPARATING CONVERSATIONS IN MULTICHANNEL TELEPHONE SYSTEMS, BELL TELEPHONE LABORATORIES. The tub has a number visible through the top W50343-7. The crystal was found in a box (presumably the original) with a mailing label and an informational sheet on the crystal. The sender’s name was R. C. Echols, 900 Telephone Bldg., Oklahoma City, Okla, of Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. The informational sheet is titled VACUUM TUBE FILTER.
