    A lovely true Vinatge table topper. Made in the 1940's by K.R. Haley. It has a yellowish tint due to age, A beautiful piece can be placed in any room, as a paper weight or for a nice accent piece. It is hallow under.
    The base is detailed with ferns and berries, and the pheasant is highly detailed with it’s feathers
