Threaded Glass Decater w/ Silver or Silverplate opening 13 inches. Condition is "Used".
Under a loop there are tiny nicks on the stopper and the bottom half was broken off and professionally glued back on
The threaded glass is very hard to do
Great old piece
If anyone can help me with the hallmarks would be appreciated
needs some cleaning
