Tested (see last 3 pics) Plate Transformer for Heathkit SB 220 Linear Amplifier

Here's a used plate transformer from a Heathkit SB-220 that I parted out.  The amp was working well until the P/S arced (bang!) across the 3/8" rubber grommet  that was bypassing the safety switch (surprise, it WAS working well til it arced over the grommet!).  The transformer was checked after the "event" and it was fine.  It had full voltage and no current draw under no load, so no shorted turns, etc.
The last 3 pics show the amp putting out nearly nearly full power into my wattmeter before the arcing event happened.  With key down, my AC line voltage in the shop drops to 109V, so they may be good for a bit more on a better regulated line.
Thanks to eBay's current policies regarding returns, we will no longer sell most items as working, but rather "officially" as parts, not working.
Also thanks to the same policies, we will no longer ship directly to any country other than the US. Any overseas buyers must buy thru the ebay shipping program where we ship only to a US address.
