If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return any non-consumable within 30 days of the date of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be new and in the original condition that you received it. Many of our items are collectibles and the packaging is part of the value of the item. If packaging is damaged, we may assess a re-stocking fee.
Return shipping charges shall be paid according to individual listing policy. In the event of seller error, standard return shipping costs will be provided by the seller. Please make sure the product is adequately packaged and, whenever possible, please return products in the original packaging they were sent to you in. Returns received not in the original packaging or with damaged packaging are subject to a restocking fee as they are no longer in new unused condition.
