Upon Receipt we will visually inspect, clean, and test the tube for gas, shorts, and cathode emission. We will then re-pack the tube in the same condition or better than we received it, and return it to you with a full test report.
When Shipping a tube to us for testing, please enclose a copy of the order details page so we can be sure to return it to the correct address. For your protection, we also recommend recording the serial number before sending it in. Please note that the handling time listed here is an estimate based on shipping both ways.
