Art Glass Feather Swirls in Purples and White Rimmed Bowl, 8 5/8" D, 2 1/2" T.   Signed Riler 93 (we are not familiar with this glass artist).  There are bubbles in several areas of the bowl.  Condition - excellent (see 2 below) - no chips, cracks, or cloudiness.
1.) Mint- Like New or New; 2.) Excellent- Used but near new with very minor wear (small scratches or abrasions which are not very noticeable) 3.) Very Good- Used shows wear (scratches and/or abrasions) consistent with age of item; 4.) Fair - Shows considerable wear (many scratches or abrasions) and/or chips and/or cloudiness; 5.) Poor- Considerable wear and/or minor to severe damage
