    Description

    Up for auction is this antique Edo or Meiji period Japanese imari porcelain bowl signed with four characters on back and exceptionally painted with very fine flowers and foliage and tons of gilt gold accents and details. It has a floral petal ruffled rim and center decorated with bamboos and pine foliage.
    A wonderful and stunningly painted piece in excellent condition. Just some minor gilding wear but no losses, cracks, or chips. Bowl can be used or be a decorative piece on a table.
