It is a combination of the penopolietilen (PPE) with the multiplicity of foam 30 and 4 mm thickness with an adhesive mounting layer covered by the antiadhesion layer. It has high heat insulation properties. Heat conductivity – 0,038 Wt/mK The working temperature range is from 40ºC below zero to 70ºC above zero. The material can be mounted to the metal, painted, plastic and other surfaces (the type of the surface should be indicated in the application). It is easily mounted to the vertical and slightly curved surfaces;
it does not absorb water and is resistant to the environment. We recommend using the SPL 04 combination with vibration-isolation materials like SPL silver/gold/aero bulk!

Storage instructions:
The material must be stored in its packaging in a heated room at a higher temperature than 10ºC above zero in a horizontal position at a minimum
distance of 1 m from the heating appliances. The packages of the sheet material
in piles not higher than 2 m. It is recommended not to expose the material to direct sun and moisture.
Usage recommendations:
This material can be applied as a sealing and heat or sound insulation layer while installing parts in different vehicles,
agricultural machinery and appliances, as well as for sealing and insulation of the windows and doors in building constructions.
Places of use:
Front board inside the passenger compartment, floor of the passenger compartment, wheel arches and tunnel.
