    oth tested on calibrated TV-7D/U where minimum is 18 ; no shorts, at 38 & 41.  Normal 30 day guarantee. May be returned if not as stated and my initials are still on the glass.  Tubes will be retested and must match the stated tests results.  It was designed for many battery type radio as a detector or amplifier.   Has brass pins.
